There's a Lights folder with some lighting effects I made from scratch. All of these were either made from scratch or taken from CC0-licensed sound effects. Most are various types of footsteps, but there are some other things as well, including things that would work for system sounds/spells/whatever. The SE folder has a lot of sound effects. I made them for my game, but feel free to use them if you want to. As far as tiles go, it's mostly some RTP edits/recolours (I think two floors and some castle tiles from the RTP) and some things I drew or scaled down myself, like blood (not too over-the-top, I hope), footprints, some famous public domain paintings, etc. I'm not sure how helpful it'll be, but the sound effects might come in handy at the very least. Since the RPG Maker community has been infinitely helpful to me, I decided from the gate that I would do my best to return the favor and contribute.
